All orders are shipped from our studio in Jiangsu, China. Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process and dispatch your order.

We ship worldwide via DHL. Shipping costs are determined by your destination country. All shipping costs (including duties and taxes) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Shipping times provided at checkout are approximate. A more precise delivery timeframe will be provided once tracking information is posted. Any delays incurred by a package in transit are beyond our control, but we will do our best to help if any issues arise.

CUSTOMS and DUTIES

Orders shipped to China and the United States are duty paid and these orders will not incur any additional charges upon delivery.

*Please note that customers are responsible for paying customs, duties and taxes for any destination outside of the United States and China. We are not responsible for any packages returned for unpaid charges and will not issue refunds in this case.
