RETURNS

Return Policy

To return an item, please email ROSEMANTIC.ESHOP@GMAIL.COM within 3 days of receipt to request a full-price return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions to ship the item back to us. Items returned without first obtaining a return authorization will not be accepted.

To qualify for a return, we require proof of purchase and your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return postage, including reverse duty for returns outside of China. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. You must ship your return within 7 days of the return authorization.

*Sale and discount items (including items purchased with discount codes) are final sale and are not eligible for returns.

Refunds

If your return is eligible for a refund, we will refund the full amount of the order (minus shipping costs) to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the item.
